Vedge, a multi-cuisine modern vegetarian restaurant in Andheri, Mumbai, in association with Switzer Hospitality Education is organising a workshop for students who are considering a career in hospitality and culinary arts. Each student will be presented with with a participation certificate and be treated with some vegetarian delights. During the workshop, Aditya Sawant, founder, Vedge and his team will demo two modern vegetarian dishes. Sawant will also interesting aspects of his hospitality journey – how he chose his restaurant theme, how he designed his menu, what does it take to build a successful brand and run operations profitably.

The workshop will be held on July 12, 2017 from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm. Interested candidates can register at a cost of INR 1.380.
